Whilst cricket in Drumaness has been around in for ages, the idea for a women's team only sparked during the summer whilst the youth academy was running. The women's team would run beside the already formed men's teams [congratulations to the men's first team who beat Holywood get get promoted to the NCU section 1 for the first time in the clubs history 🎉🎆😀] Despite the title this wasn't the first week of training but have the memory of a goldfish so well start with this week [I also didn't have my blog last time but whatever]  Today we focused on bowling. I like bowling its fun to get wickets and destroy others chances of runs mwahahahah,  bowling probably would be my favourite position to be, don't get me wrong I absolutely love batting and fielding  I hate wicket-keeping lol   but I just prefer bowling  lol. We started off by doing some running warmups across the hall, then we moved into the super duper fun warm up game which is kind ...

Couldn't be happier. [Maxwell's innings] That was crazy. Thought we both contributed equally in that 100-run partnership. [Smith, Labuschagne runs] We are starting to play to our potential and play in the style we talk about. We had another good batting powerplay. [ Bowling powerplay wickets] Its what we are aiming for. We have bowled  quite well but without a lot of luck. Zampa, another four-for. [ New Zealand next] Prepped as good as we can be. They are a good side. They have played in Dharamsala before. Its a big game, its a World Cup. [Better next game- what?] Haven't nailed 50 overs in the battin...

Like many F1 fans you may of heard of that infamous Multi-21 event between Infiniti Red Bull Racing Drivers Mark Webber and Sebastian Vettel at the Malaysian Grand Prix in 2013 and If you haven't I am here to tell you about it.  The term "Multi-21" give the driver a order to maintain position there are in regardless of what that might be.  Entering the second round of the 2013 F1 championship at the Malaysian Grand Prix, Sebastian started the race in Pole position [P1] whilst his teammate started Mark started P4. The Australian quickly took control of the race getting himself to P1. Being the start of the season Vettel was asked to follow the now-famous "Multi-21" instruction. The Aussies have started the world cup campaign by losing to India by 6 wickets and South Africa 134 runs. They redeemed themselves by beating Sri Lanka by 5 wickets and Pakistan by 62 runs. This is what Australia's captain, Pat Cummins had to say:  "That was great. Pretty tough playing here but good to get a win. Proper from the openers, it set the tone and we want to take the game on like that. The key in ODIs [one day internationals] is to carry on. You get on breakthrough and it looks tough for the next guy. Batting for long like our openers did, was great. Zampa has been awesome. Showed his class, he's a wicket taker . Babar and Iftikhar were big wickets. Were coming of two wins and have a three or four- day break before the next game. Can take a couple of days off, then get to work. ...
